Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
All orders are custom-made and take approximately 2–4 weeks to be created after your order is placed. Once your item is completed, you’ll receive a photo or video preview for approval. After your approval, your order will be dropped off at USPS or UPS for shipping.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Standard shipping takes approximately 1–3 business days to arrive, depending on your location.
If you need your order sooner, Express Turnaround Shipping is available for an additional fee. This option ensures your order is prioritized and completed before the standard 2–4 week period.
Please Note: Once a package is handed over to USPS or UPS, we are no longer responsible for any delays, damages, or lost packages during transit. Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the carrier. We do not issue refunds or replacements for issues caused by USPS or UPS.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final, we do not do refunds for online orders. Pre-orders cannot be refunded due to our all sales are final policy, once you make a pre-order you will receive your product no matter what. Exchanges are accepted for items in stock only. When exchanging an item it must not be worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. Do not ship any merchandise back without getting confirmation from us and the correct return address.
We do not refund shipping on Pre Order items, due to all pre-orders will be shipped at the same rate it was purchased.
